All the visitors of elimworld.com are requested to read all the terms and conditions under which they can purchase household and other products from elimworld.in. Only visitors agreeing for these terms may place their order as they would be subjecting themselves to the following terms and conditions for placing the order for purchase of ELIM products, household and other products  that may be offered by ELIM Chem Pvt. Ltd. through their online stores at elimworld.in and/or its partners/ affiliates/  franchisees/ agents/ agencies etc. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY OF THESE TERMS, YOU ARE ADVISED NOT TO ACCESS THE SITE FURTHER OR REGISTER AS CUSTOMER OF E-STORE.

This is a legal agreement (“Agreement”) between the visitor/customer and ELIM Chem Private Limited, a Company incorporated in Telangana, India, under Companies Act 1956, having its registered office at ELIM Chem Pvt. Ltd., Plot No. F-6B, Survey No. 252, Road No. 21, Phase – 1, IDA Jeedimetla, Hyderabad – 500 055. Telangana, hereinafter referred to as ELIM, the owner and operator of the web site elimworld.com and manufacturer/marketer of various products, household and other products offered for sale on the e-store through the website elimworld.in  hereinafter referred jointly and severally as e-store.

Access to the site can be made only after these terms and conditions are read, understood and consented by the customer/visitor. Any person consenting to the terms and conditions by clicking on the button/link provided for, shall be deemed to have read all the terms and conditions and has understood the same.

Individuals who are competent to contract alone are eligible to enter into an agreement with ELIM Chem Private Limited, the owner and operator of the web site elimworld.com and manufacturer/marketer of various products, household and other products offered for sale on the website elimworld.in.

Ownership: The e-store is owned and operated by ELIM Chem Private Limited. The Company hereby reserves the right to change or discontinue sale of any product, packing, combinations of packing if any, flavours and combination of flavours in any schemes, offers etc., offer, gift, contest, design, layout, content, platform, equipment, systems, programme, software.

DUTIES AND LIABILITIES OF CUSTOMERS: The customers shall furnish truthful, authentic, relevant, valid, current, fair information for e-store. The customers shall provide proof as may be required by ELIM to substantiate the information furnished. ELIM shall not be responsible or liable for any inaccurate, false, excessive, outdated, irrelevant, information furnished by a customer.

ERRORS AND DISCREPANCIES: While ELIM takes every care and caution to make the e-store free of errors and discrepancies, it is possible for some mistakes to creep into the e-store by inadvertence, oversight, human error, innocence and honest belief in the information in good faith. ELIM is not liable in respect of innocent dissemination of such information.

While every endeavor is made to make the e-store free of any bugs, errors, viruses, failures, delay in transmission etc. ELIM does not guarantee that the site or any of the services offered would be free of bugs, errors, viruses, failures, and ELIM does not accept any responsibility or liability for any such bugs, errors, viruses, failures delay in transmission etc in the site.

ELIM reserves the right to make such additions, alterations, modifications, insertions, improvements, decorations for betterment and quality enhancement of the material displayed on the site. The members shall also agree for such modifications to the website for compatibility with the technological advancement and the customer shall , without demur, agree for any changes that may be required to be made at the discretion of ELIM and also provide such information or material that may required for updation or upgradation ELIM does not give any warranty whatsoever either express or implied, for any advertisement material displayed on the site as to the quality, quantity, utility, originality, genuineness, legality, punctuality of any goods or services offered by third parties , Original Product Manufacturers (OPM) or its agents, business affiliates, associates, agencies, franchisees etc. ELIM also does not give any warranty whatsoever either express or implied, of any quality quantity of the products of OPM offered by ELIM for sale on e-store .

ELIM is not liable to pay for any damages to customers or consumers for any injury or damage or hardship that they might have been sustained by them on account of any error, failure, discrepancy, defect, shortfall, mis-description; any bugs, errors, viruses, failures, delay in transmission etc., in the site. The customers/consumers of the site specifically agree to this and discharge ELIM from any liability whatsoever for the said acts.

ELIM or its staff or Directors shall not be liable for any of the claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses that any one has sustained in any manner whatsoever or likely to sustain in any manner whatsoever by the sale of any product on the e-store.

Only Courts at Hyderabad shall have jurisdiction in case of any dispute or any legal proceedings.

Any breach or omission on the part of ELIM in enforcing any of the terms and conditions under which a product is sold will not constitute any waiver or estoppel on the part of the UEPL so as to preclude or prevent ELIM from enforcing any of the terms and conditions at a later date.

E-STORE SALES

General Terms and Conditions  of E-STORE :

ORDERS: Order will be received 24/7, 365 days.

RETURNS: No returns will be accepted, unless the product is defective in quality / Manufacturing.

Cancellation: Cancellation of orders will be allowed up-to 2 hrs from the time of order placed. Thereafter no cancellation will be accepted.

All prices are in Indian Rupees.

Elimworld.com will start processing the order after the payment is credited to their account.

Elimworld.com disclaims all warranties or conditions, whether expressed or implied, (including without limitation implied, warranties or conditions of information and context.

Elimworld.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the sale of the products at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the security, or proper administration of the service. Any such eventuality will be intimated to the customer within 2 days from the date of order. Any payments made by the customer would be returned/reversed.

Elimworld.com reserves the right to refuse sale of products to anyone at any point of time.

Registration Account details: The customers shall provide Elimworld.com with accurate and complete information as required by registration, (“Customer Registration Data”), including, but not limited to, the legal name, billing and delivery addresses, telephone number of the customer and promptly to notify Elimworld.com of any change in the Customer Registration Data. Upon registration, the customer will be allowed to access & place order on Elimworld.com. The customer should keep the password strictly confidential to prevent unauthorized use. The customer shall promptly and immediately notify Elimworld.com of any unauthorized use of their password.

Every care shall be taken to deliver the products to the intended recipient. But Elimworld.com shall not be held responsible for any wrong delivery of the product based on the address given by the customer or if any person impersonates to be the actual recipient and takes delivery of goods.

Products Prices are subject to change without prior notice by Elimworld.com.

Products availability is subject to change without prior notice by Elimworld.com.

Elimworld.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been made via Credit card, Debit card and net banking. In the event the payment has been processed by payment gateway the same shall be credited to the credit card account and duly notified to the customer.

The Courts at Hyderabad/Secunderabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.

The products delivered will be replaced in case of any manufacture/quality issue.

 

WRONG/DAMAGED PRODUCT:

Elimworld.com takes stringent measures to ensure that the products delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is remote possibility that a wrong product is delivered to you, in such a case, we will replace the product at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement or return of product is made within 48 hours from the time of receipt of product and in an unused condition (without opening the seal). There is also a remote possibility that the product may be damaged during transit. Please do not accept if the packaging is torn/ tampered/damaged. Usually the outer packaging reflects and gets damaged before the inner product is damaged therefore please verify the product condition in the presence of the delivery boy and avoid taking delivery, if the product is damaged.
